I have recently came across a photo of a Plastirama G.I Joe catalog featuring Cobra Mortal artwork in it. I was wondering if this is original or a fake custom made one. Can the Argentinian friends from the tank or collectors of Argentina G.I Joes offer some advice on this?

Not seen the catalogue but that is the card art to the original Cobra Mortal figure Plastirama released in the 80s. I recall Tomarts or Lees Action Figure Digest ran an article in the 1990s on Foreign release exclusives in other G.I.Joe and UK Palitoy/ UK/EU Hasbro Action Force/G.I.Joe ranges. Unless someones photoshopped a mini version of the card art onto a scan of the foreign catalogue its genuine imho.

I've seen that catalog, like, back in the day. That's what Plastirama catalogs were like. But I can't remember if Mortal was supposed to be there or not. There probably were several versions of the catalog.
This one looks curious because Mortal's art doesn't match that of the other characters. And his name seems to have a line in yellow unlike the rest. |

Ah, I was going by the artwork itself. As most of the artwork was either the original Joe artwork reused, some items had art done by other artists from the foreign countries that had the Joe licence to make their own line, I do remember Mortal, De Aco and Satan, all had different style art that didn't match the other figure card artwork.

After looking at this carefully, it looks like a photoshop edit to me.
