Not one of the better years. It's too bad most of the molds are great.

Is there a reason we skipped '90 altogether?
I don't really have a FAVORITE 'Joe from '91. I didn't really have any from this year (at least, none of the new characters, I may have had a new incarnation of a previous one if there are any). My older sister had Big Ben and I've ALWAYS loved his look. A very sharp looking figure, but I really can't imagine a soldier in London looking like that. |

Ozone looks pretty cool. Wasn't getting Joes in 91 though or 90.

Whatever you choose to do, bud. I just was baffled because everything else up to this point was in chronological order, I thought I missed something!

Big Ben is a great looking figure. (might have been the last Joe my little bro got) totally fits in with the 80s ARAH.
other than him, Heavy Duty and Red Star are solid. the rest are total crap (judging by the poll, most folks seem to agree)

I went with Red Star, but Big Ben and Heavy Duty were really cool too. I've always thought of that year as the begining of the end, but that set was actually a lot cooler then people give it credit for.
I always thought Clean Sweep looked like a guy that was probably going through a mid-life crisis. He should have a Miata as his accessory. Once you put his mask on him though, he was pretty cool. |

Totally agree with artiepants, Big Ben and Red Star are probably it for me. I went with Big Ben though.
1990's going to be a tough one. Lots of good choices there. |
