Thunderwing Jet with Slip Stream (Bonus Pack With Ace)
UPC: 076930554951 Product Number: 55495 Piloting the THUNDERWING jet, SLIP STREAM and ACE™ are in the middle of targeting an automated COBRA station that has been intercepting top-level GI JOE communications, when they notice a COBRA jet approaching. They deploy the missile-loaded gatling gun as a warning to back off. But the COBRA pilot fires a volley of missiles at the jet, and a fierce dogfight begins! Position the plane in the air and hear real commands from the pitch-and-roll sensor! Target enemy emplacements using the scope set into the afterburners—when the enemy is in your sights, fire missiles or drop bombs by pressing trigger beneath plane! Missile bay holds 10 missiles for rapid-fire action! A bonus ACE™ action figure is included for double the excitement!

This has to be one of my all time favorite Joe aircraft ever.
I LOVE the tilt sensor. Makes me wish they would have had this when I was a kid. Normally I *loathe* 'sound included' toys, but this one's cool factor makes it stand out in a category of its own. |

I wish I would have bought more than just one. It truly is pretty amazing as a toy. The sculpts are great for SLIPSTREAM AND ACE, they actually look like real pilots, not astronauts or something other than pilots. You got it right Hasbro, you done good.

always liked this toy, though the gatling missile launcher is a bit much.
I liked it as an internal weapon system, not popped out the back. Still, the best toy they've released in a long time, before or since. Though the command copter was nice, too. |

The gimmicks for this thing were impressive but I absolutely hate how much the aesthetic was compromised. True this is an F-22 based fighter but it looks bloated! Not sleek at all. |

I have one available if anyone's interested. It was the TRU version with both pilots.
