headman, you're not supposed to do that with your kid toys.
that is reserved for your adult toys. even than, it's just..... disturbing.

I was like... 'do you think I give a f@ck, I am playing with a white spaceship jet from a line called Battleforce 2000 playing in an imaginary jungle with a guy in a snow suit that calls himself Avalanche shooting you out of a big yellow bubble gun pod mounted where a booster should go, so do you think I give a f&ck that your tomahawk would be the only thing that would be used in real life !?'

Well I guess having two older brothers saved me from having my figures stolen by friends. What I mean is my brothers were 4 and 5 years older and they obviously had sticky-fingered friends in the past. I lived out in the country in MS and my friends didn't get to come over often and we didn't play too much with my Joes mainly cause they didn't play right, but usually mom would say go outside and play. So we would mostly go outside and play with waterguns and be G I Joe or Cobras or we would play football, soccer, basketball or some other sport.
When we did play with the Joes at the end of the day when their parents came to pick them up my mom made sure they returned all my Joes. I guess mom and dad went through missing toys before with my older brothers. Also the guys I invited over weren't douches, there was a couple of guys I went to and saw how they treated their Joes and no way in hell would I let them play with mine. Fast forward when I was in college and I came home for Christmas. My oldest brother and his wife and daughter where already in for the holidays and I walk into my room here I my 8 year old niece was on my bed playing with some Joes. I asked where she got them and my mom had my brother get a box out of my closet and give her something to play with. She loved them and didn't mind until.....when they left back for TX Road Pig, Zartan, and Major Bludd came up missing when I went to box them up and head back up for college. I didn't want to tell anyone that my Joes were missing but I was a little ticked. The next time I talked to them I asked my niece if she knew where they were and she said she put them up. Two years later when I graduated and moved to Houston TX from Mississippi my now wife and I went up to Austin to visit my brother. We were given her room to stay in. I started to snoop around and a low and behold I found my MIA Joe's. My wife chuckled as did I and I put them in my suitcase.......my niece never told her parents that "her" Joes were missing. that's sorta wrong. yes, wrong she stole from you. but you stole your toys back from a kid, and it was your niece? I don't know man. That's some cobra sorta evil. my nieces come and play with my joes, and they love it. if they want one to take home, all theirs. kids are the reason we have joes, and we gotta do everything we can to perpetuate that legacy, lest we never have new product on pegs. I would have let her keep them. New ones would have cost you under $10 for most on ebay, and you might have helped a future joe fan and tanker.

I remember one time my little bro and I had a 5 day campaign where my joes had to capture his cobra island, but he constantly exclaimed that cobra had the homefront advantage. So many lives lost...the horror..
