Don't understand why this appears to be trolling, sorry if it came off like that. Just looking for a place to link up with those who would be interested in this type of collection. Looked through parts of the forum but unsure if collectors here do more of collecting the loose toys, building stuff, etc. I just figured someone might point me in the right direction. Kinda feeling unwelcome though, like I'm not in on the joke. :(

So the pics you posted are of some VERY sought after stuff, ESPECIALLY since they're in the packaging. Naturally, people are going to be somewhat skeptical. But hey, if you actually are on the level, you're quite possibly in a very good position to make a hefty chunk of change.

Appreciate the replies. Understand about authenticity especially from a new account. Anyway, I took a lot of pics and can post whatever anyone is curious about. Of course they will all show sideways apparently lol. Took quite a while to sort through everything. These toys have been tucked away for a very long time.

You might have better luck having someone local taking a look at the collection and making an offer. It's going to be pretty risky for anybody to send you a large amount of money since you are a new account with no feedback. Do you have an ebay account?

To be honest, a find like this is unheard of. This could get you on an episode of Toy Hunter. As others have said, you may best serve yourself having someone look at these in person. It would also help to know how much you are looking to get for these, especially if selling them as a whole collection.

That is an amazing collection that will bring in serious cash. Is that the whole collection or are there more pics?

Yeah to be honest I'm kinda paranoid about doing online and mail transactions with a collection like this. I have never sold anything on eBay but from what I've gathered it might be the smarter way, as in selling things individually.
Anyway, yeah the collection is bigger than these pictures. Have most of the characters up to about 1988-1989 I believe. I just didn't take pictures of some of the later stuff. Like the Tiger Force and Python guys, stuff like that. Have a lot of the mail in stuff but not a ton of it. I have Starduster and some others but not the original Cobra Commander or Steel team. Have some vehicles but not a ton. Mostly concentrated on figures. The big things I don't have are the space shuttle Reliant and the swivel arm original 11 in Series 2. |

This is an impressive collection! Is this your personal collection that you assembled over the years? How long have you been collecting?
