Hello to all. Probably it is a question already asked in the past but anyway I'm curious. What was the most expensive moc figure sold on the market, ebay, convention and so on? I include every variant (Usa, European, Plastirama ...) and if you have concrete news or photos. Thanks to everyone who will answer.

I would say a perfect condition 84 Storm Shadow or Firefly, or an 85 Snake Eyes, just from what I've seen on Ebay, but I can imagine Commander, Destro, Baroness and Scarlet would fetch a bit. Basically anyone from 82 to 84 is going to be expensive, depending on the condition. I've bought recards of a lot of them, and a good quality one will run about 100. And that's basically a bootleg lol

Thank you for your intervention. I agree with the examples you make of the ARAH series. But what can you tell me about an Argentinian argent7 figure or funskool / complan moc? Has anyone ever seen them on the market and at what price? I think these variants would be extremely expensive in moc condition.

Those O-rings are going to eventually snap... I would never buy an o-ring figure for that much.

Sorry, didn't realize this was in Vintage section when I replied earlier with the most expensive in modern era, which is about one tenth as expensive as the most expensive in ARAH. I usually browse HT from this recent posts page, and I don't always remember to look at which sub-section the post is in.

Would Zartan count? I saw an AFA 92 of him in package at SDCC for $3900.
