I have a MOBAT, where the top half (turret) is light green and the bottom tank is dark, moss green and discolored.
Is there a way to safely make it light again without Hydrogen Peroxide? |

You can try to use a mixture of dishwashing liquid and baking soda. Mix those together until a paste forms. Then take a small amount with a wet sponge(or a Mr. clean eraser pad or soft bristle toothbrush) and rub gently on a small part to test it. If that works, have at it, and then you can rinse it off with water. Also, if you don't care about the stickers, you could do a solution of bleach and water(one tablespoon per cup of water) and let the pieces soak in it for an hour or two(be sure to remove the electronics!). This works for yellowed plastic, so it might work for other discoloration as well.
