I just purchased a very cheap Fast Draw at one-third of the price you generally get it on Ebay. The figure is in excellent shape but only brings the visor, the backpack and one missile, the hoses and the detonation mechanism is not included, I do not care about the missing things because the missile can be easily replaced however I would like to play with things making sense. Without the houses and detonation mechanisms is there a way to assume Fast Draw can activate the missiles using a remote mechanism on their globes with a combination of finger movements or pushing some buttons over his gloves assuming the backpack is in any way linked to his outfit?
I do not know about military technology but can I assume the missiles are activated by a small mechanism on their gloves or helmet? I see Metal Head has no detonators to the missiles he throws then what is the technology behind Metal Head's missile launcher? Any input highly appreciated. |

Honestly if you were going for realism, there's no way that someone would actually strap rockets that size to their back, because when they ignited they would cause irreparable burning damage to their back. So you can play it however you like. It could a wireless connection which would be far more practical than hoses running loose, because loose hoses would be an easy target to snatch or a tangle hazard.

Metal head's system is voice activated.

I built a modern era Fast Draw and used a visor, backpack, and missiles from an incomplete vintage figure. I did not have the hoses or control handles either. A wireless remote control (either hand held, wrist mounted, or voice activated in the helmet) is far from the least realistic thing in the world of GI Joe.

I just read that from his file card. Destro's technology surpasses that of G.I. Joe. |

Quick draw has a chip implant in his brain that allows him to remotely access, arm and launch his missiles.
