GI JOE ORIGINAL MILITARY NAVY JET, HASBRO 1989 - eBay (item 220450404470 end time Jul-15-09 17:21:54 PDT)
Does anybody know WTF this is? It's one goofy looking skystriker. Knock-off, maybe? Definitely not Hasbro, but has anyone come across something like this in your searches?

I have no idea, I would bet it is from some generic military toy line.

I think that's a "Flying Fighters" Sundowner F-14. Maybe.
It's like 1:48 scale'ish if its what I think it is. Not Joe-sized.

Yes, after seeing the bottom pictures that is exactly what it is. I have one of these in its original box somewhere, they were really cool little planes.
They came with a "joystick" that attached to the bottom of the plane and it made gun and missile sounds etc, so you could "fly them around" as a kid. I had a bunch as a kid (F-16, F-14, F-15, F-18).
