Ok, another local tanker and I have a "sort of" debate going on. He wants to keep his Flagg manned with classic ARAH figures, and I intend to man mine with both classic ARAH and ME, modern era, figures. What say you, Flagg owners? Keep it classic or mix it up? What do you do?

I say keep it classic...i'm all over o-ring stuff. I just saw this post for the first time and since I own a complete flagg, defiant and terror drome thought I would join the discussion. I will have pics up soon...I'm in the process of installing 150 feet of rope light in my collection room so it's all bright and pretty.
I really like that idea of the bunks and wall lockers from marauders, I think I'm going to have to add that. Also, I have something like 50,000 parts for 82-94 joes and whole totes of flagg, defiant and terror drome parts if anyone is in need of anything.

It's the only part I need to complete mine. |

I do have a couple M.E figs on the Flagg. But not many. 98% of the figures on my Flagg are vintage. Also bumping to see what you other Flagg owners think. Last edited by DaveViper; 09-08-2012 at 05:47 PM.. |

Hey guys! Well, after about five years in storage, I think I have made space to display my Flagg! I will post pics once it's all together
I've been looking for a pic of it from the last time it was assembled, but I can't seem to find one...anyway, just another proud Flagg owner reporting in!

I am a new member of your group! Just bought my Flagg a few days ago, getting ready to set it up this week! (After I buy some of my missing parts) I was originally going to sell it. But after checking it out, I decided to keep it.
I also have a Terrordrome and Defiant! Anyone on here from Long Island NY? |

I just picked up a lot locally that had a Flagg in it. So currently I have two. Trying to decide what to do with it. It's missing a lot of small parts.

Spiderpumpkin, you've got a nice crew on your Flagg. When the DG figures and the FSS figures hit, I knew some of them would wind up on my Flagg. Shipwreck and topside are no brainers, but I also think that TNT would look cool manning the Flagg fuel car. I'm also waiting for DG wave 2 to hit. I could see grey "moondancer" Duke on the Flagg as well.

Hi!! I actually posted this on another thread but what the hell I can copy paste it...
I fianlly have my own USS Flagg!!! Here's the story, after being scammed a few years ago, where I was being promised a Flagg for 120 dolars that well, was a scam and I lost 120 dolars... and had a sad sad day... I kinda left the Joe collecting on a side (and some lack of budget) So, here I am today, with some budget allocated and finally growing my collection where I kept on day dreaming about a Flagg but wasn't willing to pay 900 bucks or more for the ones offered on ebay and other palces. Finally the day came where I got a Craiglist offer for a non played flagg, completeness status was unknown, but out of three very uggly pics I could see that most of the pieces were still on their original plastic trees!!! After a tough negotiation and 650 dolars out of my pocket, I got my own flagg, I can't believe this!!! so I started looking into it and well, it's dusty but overall seemed ok. On the first check I found the Sound System, Keel Haul in mint condition with his card and gun (and an extra lifeline backpack, the owners swears it came with it, I don't know about this...), all the original Gi Joe flyers and most of the stickers not even applied to the flagg (yes the 99 is there and still looking great) After checking this I found bags with most of the pieces attached to their original plastic trees, so after this I went back and started accounting for everything, which is there, all 150 pieces, all the most difficult to find ones and none of them are broken or bent nor anything of wear and tear. I really wonder what's next, if I want to put this together means taking the pieces out of their original packaging, do you think will this will totally kill the value of my flagg??? I would like to hear your advise here... So here are some pics about my finding |
