Bought a Flagg today! It was an attic find by some house flippers. It has never been assembled but the box has been exposed to water and has some squirrel damage. The mic is damaged and the figure is missing, but stickers have never been applied. I pick it up Monday when I return from JoeCon. Can't wait to get this and set it up for my kids!

Yeah. It's a crazy story. It was a classifieds find. The seller said "USA Flagg for sale, make offer". I responded $200.00. they came back 500.00. I then let them know it was for my kids and 500.00 was more than I could pay and if it's nice, its more than my kids need, I'd rather a real collector get it. She then said she wanted a kid to have it vs a collector, so done deal. Attic find, never assembled. Stickers never applied. I hate to do it, but it's gonna be a playset for my boys. I'm a believer in toys should be played with, not leverage for profit. My 7 year old discovered Joe in Dec and I've been spoiling the hell out of him. I have so many memories with Joe and me and my bro from the 80's. My wife can produce stickers, so I'm gonna have her print and cut some fresh ones and set it up as a playset for the boys. Maybe in 10 years they can repack and sell it for college funds, but for now it's gonna be home for all the 50th Santa brought! I love living vicariously through my kids

Lol that is awesome, my kids play with my Flagg, no big worries. Most recently it was the main battlefield of Imaginext guys going up against some plants vs zombies guys.

My Flagg is missing the figure. I'm so torn on if I should track one down while I'm at JoeCon. I won't ever use him, but just to be complete....

So I bit the bullet and bought almost all the little bits I needed to complete my Flagg.
Oddly enough I need to find the flag to the Flagg! lol Quick question, I need that long piece of plastic for the hull... has anyone come up with something to use instead of buying that big flat piece? |

I got so excited tonight. I was digging through a bag of random parts that I had bought a couple of years ago. Never thought much about them. Boom I pull out the two y pins for the flagg. I remember the guy telling me he had a flagg that he tossed because it was yellow and broken. I never saw it and it never dawned on me that there may be flagg parts lying around. I am getting closer to completion. I lack the fantail deck railing and elevator support and mine is complete It has taken almost 7 yrs or more to complete. I bought a second flagg and I took some its goodies to help out. Could someone post a pic of how the tanker and the fuel car hookup? I might be missing something there but I have the hook but it doesn't seem to quite fit right into the yellow car.
