I recently came across this paperwork in a childhood collection I bought. I found a bit of info on yojoe.com but not much. Can anyone here tell me the rarity of this paperwork? I have some interest in it from some fellow collectors but I don't want to end up kicking myself someday if I trade it away. Thanks!

If you join the Facebook group named G.I. Joe Discussion, there are several former Hasbro employees that frequent the page and just last week or so Kirk Bozigian identified something very similar as being something he wrote.
Worth a shot. https://www.facebook.com/groups/540476526008915/ I'm also going to move this to the vintage forum because you'll get better visibility.

I used to get one of those roughly every other time I would order from Hasbro direct. In fact I got one every single time I tried to order an ASP. It was a cool way of telling you an item was out of stock, but apparently Joe never did manage to launch that counter offensive because I never got the ASP from Hasbro mail order.
Sometimes they would also include a sheet of flag points that looked like they had been made in a photocopier, just a white sheet of paper with black flag points on it. |

Here's the one you have on YoJoe:
YOJOE.COM | Hasbro Out of Stock Note Only ones I remember receiving were these 2, one for replacing Steeler with Rampage, & the other notifying that the 12" Joe Colton was out of stock, in which they refunded the money & gave back the flag points (lot of good those ended up being getting back late '94): YOJOE.COM | Dispatch: Introducing Rampage YOJOE.COM | Joseph Colton Out Of Stock Note |

I think I got one of those when I joined the Joe Fan club back then. I was waiting on the dog tags they were offering and got the same letter. I of course threw it out.
