Did a bunch of cutting of blocks today and have the Ultimate Flagg set up. Still need to paint the blocks and I'm going to screw them into the board base for added stability.
The wheels work great on carpet. No problems whatsoever. You just have to buy the right kind that swivel 360 degrees, and they need to be big enough. I have pretty soft, shaggy carpet so if it rolls fine on my carpet, then it's not an issue. I LOVE being able to move my Flagg around! It makes it feel like a giant toy finally! I love being able to spin it around and get a different view of it and see it from different angles. It's way to big to just sit there permanently like a brick.

Nice review, but....I think he was enjoying his Flagg too much...did he actually spoon it?...lol. I was thinking of raising the bottom of one of mine, this makes me want to do it. I'd like to have the extra vehicle display space.

Awesome find! Thanks for posting this. I would love a Flagg but it just seems so unobtainable for the prices I see. If I did get one though this is a great way to make it more friendly for play.

Would anyone have the measurements of the assembled trusses for the walls (or a template) and for the base itself so I can build one of these without opening a Flagg? Would anyone have the width of the trusses on their bottom? I’d like to use plywood the same width to match them. Cheers, thanks all.

I’m looking to construct one of these myself. I think using dimensional lumber for the walls is over kill though. Especially if you’re going to cut doorways into them. If I get an 4x8’ sheet of furniture grade plywood I’ll have plenty of excess to built the walls. If not I’ll grab another sheet.
