I came from a smaller town where demand was always way higher than supply, so pegs were usually quite cold. Even with that, stores could not give Deejay away.

Man, I wish I had a better memory, but I don't recall seeing anything "pegwarming" for the Joe line.
Maybe that Missile pack set... I do remember seeing those around for a while. Vehicle Gear Accessory Pack 1 - 3DJOES

I don't remember very will but the Joes were in good supply back in the day. I remember getting most of the first 9 figures. I am sure there were a few peg warmers. Mostly I got the likes of Duke, both the Helmet and Hooded Cobra Commander from the mail in offers.

1985 Tomax & Xamot 1986 Zarana Later 80's: Crystal Ball, Dee Jay, Raptor Battlecorps/90's: General Flagg (both versions), all the armor bot figures, all the shadow ninjas, SB Payload (black and green version), SB ozone (grey version) |

Several of my favorite figures now used to be peg warmers. Of course they probably became my favorite because it's what I got to play with as a kid, but whatever.

Dee-Jay from the 80s, and the Star Brigade and Ninja Force figs of the 90s from what I saw.

Dee-Jay, Slaughters Maraduers , and Spearhead peg wormed like crazy at this store called Children's Palace...of course now I have dreams of finding the exact same thing that use to cause me such disappoint as a kid...#thesufferingoflife
