Hey everyone,
Not sure if this is the right area to post, but I have a friend that has been toying around with making pillows out of vintage fabric, like G.I. Joe, Transformers, Star Wars, etc. Would any of you be interested in something like this if you saw it at a convention or maybe online? What would you be willing to pay for a custom made item like this? She's thinking of doing this as a side job and I thought I'd ask the community what their take on it is. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. (Moderators, I wasn't sure if this should have been here or in a different part of the forum, so if it needs to be moved, my apologies in advance.) |

What's vintage fabric?
I would like a 100% cotton king size pillow with vintage GI Joe print. Last edited by sbartek1974; 10-21-2014 at 12:11 PM.. |

She makes them from original, vintage bed sheets and curtains from the 80's which have the classic characters.
Should anyone be interested, or have any questions or anything, requests, etc., I have a link to her Facebook where she is making these. https://www.facebook.com/Kitastrophe...tibles?fref=ts Last edited by Joe Fan 1; 10-21-2014 at 06:59 PM.. Reason: Added more information. |
