The rotors on a vintage FANG have broken off right at where the spin on the helicopter. Can that part be replaced? How do I get the broken piece out? Thanks for any help.

Pic of how/where it's broken would help a lot.

This is just from an ebay auction, but you can see the rotars are broken off and their is still a peg in the helicopter.

I figure Cobra would just put some Pro-seal on the main rotor mast and call her airworthy.

Most common break. I wouldn't even bother with that auction if I were you.
I'm sure you can repair it by drilling a tiny hole in both ends and attaching an even smaller metal rod?

You'd have to disassemble the fuselage and the engine which is near impossible to do without damaging both. I had one like that and tried. Didn't end well. If you already bought it it would perfect for diorama fodder, like a wreck or mid air combat scene.

I have Swampfire with a similar situation. I drilled a small hole on the underside and introduced a small and long screw from the underside (inside the fuselage). It's still fragile, since the rotor part is narrow. It's only good for display. Like Flint4107 pointed out, it'll be a pain.

Have done this by splitting the body. It does damage the seems, no way to avoid that. But from a distance it looks fine.
