The best way to find out how much this item could sell you must go for the route of an auction. Start an auction on ebay for the minimum price you are willing to sell it. If at least someone places a bid you get you minimum price an even can be surprised for last second biddings. If the item is really rare it will be reflected in the numbers of bids and the price the item will sell after the auction finishes.

If you want to use eBay to price test it, I would avoid auctions. Put it up for a Buy-it-Now price that is more than you would ever believe it's worth and allow "best offer" offers to see what kind of interest it gets.

Hey Guys,
I thought I'd share a picture of mine. It was hard to get a good photo because these cards don't lay flat very well because of how they were folded. I didn't want to take the chance of tearing any of the seams. I have to say that I wanted this filecard sheet for a long time to have in my collection. Most of you guys know that I've collected redback mail away filecards for a long time and it took me 4 years to complete all of them. What I find unique about this Canadian uncut mail away driver sheet is that the filecards are a different color that the US ones, which were white, and of course had the flag points printed on them also. Another thing to note is this sheet is printed on more of a paper stock, as opposed to a cardboard stock. I can't think of too many filecards that were printed this way. So as a collector that collects unique variations, this is a nice piece to have in a collection. I was fortunate to find mine on Ebay a couple of years ago for $71, which I thought was a very good price to get them uncut. So yeah, I think the guys right that posted that said it just has to be something that a collectors into to find value in such a piece. I couldn't pull up the auction on my phone because of it being so old, so I had to take a picture of my computer screen, so the picture quality is a little bad.
