Still have not see this item pop up anywhere for sale or in any databases. Be it that it was a drivers set doubt many of these were even ordered in Canada and after some talks with some individuals about it stated it would be rarer then even the red cards. Still not alot of info known exactly why it was a printed sheet instead of cards as well.

Nothing left to do but kidnap some former Hasbro Canada employees and torture them until they reveal the truth.

I ordered this mail set as a kid, and I’m pretty confident each figure was bagged individually with its red-backed card. I’m sure this was a supplemental bilingual card for Canadian customers.

I had one of these, definitely a mail order set in Canada (as opposed to any of the single figure orders). Would have been alongside some of the micro force figures.
I cut all the file cards out. |

I never understood why the HISS Driver's "code name" was "The Enemy." Pretty lame. Everyone is called by their code names yet, no one is calling these drivers "The Enemy."

Until 1985, all the non-character Cobra forces (Trooper, Officer, viper pilot, HISS and Stinger drivers) were code named "the enemy"...for some reason.

No idea how micro force would have anything to do with that sheet. Micro force was 2013 and this sheet is way prior that.

No idea if it had to do with it but if you watch the show The Toys That Made Us episode 4 which was about joes and they talk to all the guys that worked on it back then they designed the joes and didnt even have an enemy at the start so maybe due to be being rushed to making the enemy they just simplified it.

It would have been for Canada but how many people would have ordered this set. I doubt even down in the states that this would have been a mail away that people would have went for. Red card backs are pricey as well. And this sheet has to be rarer then the red backs and has all 6 on one sheet. For a set of redback of this set its like $200. Why I have been keeping an eye out for this sheet on the market and to this day since I posted this thread (5 years ago) when I got it I have not seen one person show this sheet or seen it posted anywhere on the internet. I think this is the rarest item I have in my collection but yet to be able to put a price on it.

He's not talking about the 2013 line of micro figures.
