I'd be all over these! Different strokes for different folks, but it's because of these o-ring guys that 95% of us are on this board every day talking about the new figures. Commemorative series are released for nostalgia purposes only, not necessarily for function. It wouldn't be a step backward, it would be a little piece of the 1980's all over again.

I am in total agreement there. I could not find it. Link me someone...

If they were to return, I'd likely get a select few figures.

i would love to see all those come back.. the o ring and some more of the vintage style 12 inch. still the best stuff to me. more and more lately I am appreciating the vintage o ring figs. the new ones are overpriced now for what they are.

If they did them right, I'll be all over some new "classic" O-ring figures. Especially if they did some kind of Past and Present sets for the 50th. I'd want to see completely new moulds though. No use old the ones, if any of those are even still around. They're were pretty close to completely worn out back during the early/mid 2000s comic packs.

I'd love to have them. But since this article appears to be a farce, I will just move on. The good news is that there is some really nice hi-res images of artwork there.
