$2.55 per fig isnt that bad for incomplete figures. Just means that your gonna have to search for gear if you want to complete them. Put a list up of what you need and i will go thru my extra gear to see what i have. Enjoy replacing all the o rings i aleays find it relaxing for some reason.

Guys, who cares what he paid for them as it went to family. He is happy and that is all that matters!
Enjoy your Joes!

The value is there, lots of Joes to put back together, but theres also some Mail in exclusives, including the Firebat, also Blackstar, some Python Patrol, Alley Vipers and Sonic Fighters.

60 figures - including a couple Night Force, some mail-aways, and a few troop builders - for $150 is "too much"?
Damn, y'all some cheap collectors. Remind me to never try to sell Joes to this crew.....

So what's a complete, unplayed-with vintage Joe worth to you? Even loose and played with with no accessories, an action figure from a collectible toy line that's almost 30 years old should still have a value of at least $2-3. Then you have items like the RDF which should bring $40-50 and the Firebat which, even missing a missile or two should be a $20 item. He did *no worse* than low end market value on this lot. Depending on what's in that accessory pile, he might have made out like a bandit.

You have to remember with these collectors it is usually a one way street with them. Buy cheap, bargain down more and then sell extremely high when the time comes on their side to part ways with the toys, often much more than what they paid. Somehow value gets magically attained when in the hands of a few even when the time between buying and selling is short. I would not be surprised if some of the cheaper collectors on here sold the lot for $300 or more through their ebay account or through their listings on Hisstank. See it all the time when referencing what people are saying and what they are actually doing through their own listings.
