This is actually a good question and I never thought of it. To me it's a hovercraft. As much as I would love to see this re-released I'm not holding my breath on it. But if by some miracle of God, and Hasbro actually released it (acurate to the original) I would buy five of them. Two for me and I would have a contest to give away the other three, since most likely no one would be able to afford it. You know it won't be under $50.00.

I always considered it more of a Hovercraft, myself. But it was really portrayed more as a boat in the cartoon, and in the comics. Absolutely one of my favorite vehicles.

They call it a hovercraft in the cartoon and drove it on both water and land on several occasions.
