I must have wound up with two of him in a flea market box at one point. Buzzer was always fun for me. He was a solid 7.
I took the second one and painted his hair brown, then put it on a CoCo to make comic unmasked CoCo. |

Card art: Great stuff 8/10
Figure sculpt + colours: The head could be better even for its time. Yes, the arms are skinny. The separate hair is good, except if it's not glued on straight. 7/10 Colors were good on Buzzer. 9/10 Weapons + accessories: Strange looking chainsaw...doesn't look safe or like it would hold much fuel. No wonder he carries a jerry can on his back and a full jerry can on your back sounds very heavy. Not sure about the "nunchuku-axe." 6/10 Memories from your youth: Loved the original 3 dreadnoks (LIKE ALL REAL FANS DO...lol) I wanted to be an outlaw biker after getting them and pursued that dream not at all. No, they were fun. They were like an evil ZZ Top. If ZZ Top took orders from Gene Simmons. |

The head sculpt is better on the me. Agree, the 30th and resolute figures were the best of the modern era. The first few waves suffered

I'd say a solid 5 out of 10, maybe 6. He was my least favorite of the Big Three Dreadnoks, but I liked his gasoline can backpack and head sculpt. Always thought he was interesting because he was just acting like an idiot, playing "biker gang", as opposed to the other morons.
In the cartoon he was just a moron but in the Marvel comic, Hama showed the occasional glimpse of his intelligence. Card art is OK, but not as cool as Torch or Ripper. |

Buzzer is smart enough to be a Cobra High Command leader, but he is very invested in just being a biker man. Like was already mentioned, he had to change himself into the kind of guy who could be one.
That shirt is rad, look at all those mementos. Those are trophies from soldiers Buzzer has killed. His belt buckle is a little weird, but he is playing a role. He is not just wearing a skull and crossbones, he is looking in a mirror and saying to himself "I want to be the kind of guy who waters a skull and crossbones." The only sculpt curiosities I don't like are the boot ankles and those weird pads on the jeans. The best jeans in GiJoe are Monkeywrench and Cross Country v2. 8/10
