Then my guess is you are talking about tier 1 funskool figures, the ultra rare ones. I would probably buy them. But without knowing what figures and the condition, price would be tough to gauge, even just a general 1/3 of it's normal price. Let's say it's a funskool blue hawk: the one of eBay recently for 1K which is 1/3 or so of its price I passed on because it was soooo bad. That is te best example/scenario I could give without knowing more.

Just checked completed listings on ebay.
Anyone from the tank that scored big with the nilco iceberg that just sold for $435? Cause the same figure sold a couple of weeks ago for $25!! Thrue BIN. Funny thing is that the store who sold it claims to be specialized in selling high end collectibles... Better do their homework next time. |

It's hard to say. I've won a few auctions as the only bidder and got them for next to nothing. But I've also paid a premium for a few of them MOC since they had a BIN only. Either way I would be interested in this figure.

Some times eBay is just flat out irritating. I've been watching an international figure. I've been watching it through 3 re-listings since I've been on the fence about buying it and I'm fairly certain it's been listed a number of times prior. I finally bid on it, and now I've been out bid. This item has gone unsold for who knows how long and when I finally pull the trigger someone else comes along.

I try not to think so much and pull the trigger when it comes to HTF figures like that.
Also, that french figure looks awesome. |

It was a good deal too, but still quite a bit of money. I don't think it's a coincidence either. I'm sure the other guy was on the fence as well and when someone finally bid on it he had no choice but to as well.
