I didn't know there were *20* of the "weapon firing" UK variations. Dang.

I don't know - it seems that with the recent interest in Rubiplas stuff, more of it is starting to turn up...kind of like what happened several years ago with the Argentine ninjas. That's like the fourth Rubiplas ASP that I've seen sell this year.
What I'm personally more jealous of is the Funskool Clutch....

What I'm personally more jealous of is the Funskool Clutch.... Either way, I really love it! :-) I was pretty stoked when I saw the condition of the clutch as it arrived. I still find it weird that a blue snake eyes or blue/yellow bludd can cost way more then a clutch. While you can find those easier then a clutch. Popularity I guess... Still need a bright green vamp for him to drive in. |

I am amazed at the amount of euro cards that exist. There are actually 30 different missile firing figures as well as the 20 that came on battle corps cards. Some of them overlap and are on both. Plus, a lot of the same figures come on non-explosion cards with their original domestic accessories. In some cases, I have the same figure on all 3 card backs from the same country which I think is kind of bizarre For battle Corps, The french, german, and netherlands (language in both French and Dutch) cards all say battle force instead of battle corps. The Spanish, Italian, and UK cards say battle corps. For another fun difference, Canadian battle corps cards say “battle corps combat” Then there are the missile firing variants that were released in Italy, Germany, Netherlands, UK, Spain, France, and China. The cards are all the same except the explosion text and figure names very with language in most cases. The figures are consistent in regard to paint except for the Chinese ones…which are different, considerably darker and lighter paints depending. I have yet to find a snake eyes on a euro missile firing card but it evidently does exist based on the back of the card and the fact that I have seen almost everyone of them. And then there are the "normal looking"cards that contain the same figures. |
