POC Moneybags Destro, I think, though I have quite a few FSS figures.
Actually now that I think about it, I would go with Spytroops Zarana, without a crack in her torso. Just about every single one I had in the past had a crack.

Going off what I have seen in the wild at Cons and vintage toy stores my Mission Brazil seems pretty rare with the exception of the Mainframe and my carded 94 Star Brigade aliens are pretty rare. Night Force, Rumbler, Steel Brigade, Euro stuff and the Mail aways seem pretty easy to get at Cons, but you pay through the nose which is probably why they are easier to find.

Stuff from the club, probably Blades and Python Stinger Driver are the rarest(limited to 500). The rarest would have to be the 2009 Canadian Joecon set (limited to 100)

Probably MOC original Alley Viper, or maybe Undertow. As far as modern figures, maybe the Collector's Club Slice, or SDCC hooded Cobra Commander.

Probably Hardtop complete, or 1992 Recalled Roadblock complete. Sadly neither have their filecards.

Well, I suppose now it's my Gary Goggles SightLine figure from the declassified booth at this years convention. I also have a MOC Chinese Cobra Comander (V 1.5), and 2008 JoeCon Gristle, who only came one to a box set, which makes him a bit more rare than the rest of that box set.

Lightning and Trigger from the 2011 Convention. I picked both of them up at this last Convention along with Modern Era Steel Cobra.
