That is wonderful! I am so glad that you are able to include that extra art into book four... especially because not all of the art used by Golden in 1989 was of this quality.
For example, this item being sold by somebody on eBay: G. I. Joe Sticker Fun by Golden Books Staff (1989, PB) NM and Unused! 307023591 | eBay |

So posters will be shipping out before the release of the book?

That's correct. Poster shipping should begin this weekend (next week at the latest), while the books have a target date of April.

The life-size Defiant has arrived! It is absolutely huge, I'm 6'3 and it's 47". That's nearly 4' tall! Incredible. So happy this was funded. We'll be packing tubes all weekend and fulfilling Kickstarter poster orders next week! Books are in production and expected by April at the latest. Thank you all for your support, we couldn't bring these posters and books to life without you all.

That is truly a thing of beauty, and a great accomplishment.
If I could have it my way, that poster would be hanging on display at the Kennedy Space Center visitor area, to remind guests of the influence our space program once played on popular culture. Maybe you could reach out to them, and see if they are interested in adding that to the collection on display inside the visitor's center. |

Sure did! It's 44"x31.5"... compared to the 28.5”x47” for the Defiant. Both are HUGE and cost ~$4,500 each to print. Crazy. Really grateful everyone has backed me up to help bring these to life.
The U.S.S. Flagg is available now and the Defiant will be up soon, here: Posters - 3DJOES |
