| | Cobra Soldier Join Date: Mar 2012 Location: tennessee Posts: 62 | ARAH Early Helmets help me guys. i'm trying to use yojoe.com and it's helping me somewhat, but i seem to have tons of diff shades of helmets. these are actual ones leftover from my childhood, so i know they are the real deal, but i have green, light green, gray, dark gray and on yojoe it'll say a green backpack, but dull green helmet, or olive green or blah blah blah and i want to make sure i get the exact helmet matched up for who it needs to go to.
.................or does the exact shade matter honesty, as long as it's close to a dull green, is that all that regular joe collectors go for? it's driving me bananas over here

bright green-zap, steeler
greyish green-grunt, flash,breaker, short fuse, hawk, clutch
dark green- grand slam, rock n roll
they all use the helmet that matches there uniforms shade of green

grayish green. what the hell is that? lol to me, all my gray look grayish green, but they don't match the green of the figures i don't think. i'm just anal, and want to make sure everything is together properly with correct accessories. some figs i have helmets for, some helmets have no body to go with them, so i guess that's making my job harder also

| | Cobra Soldier Join Date: Mar 2012 Location: tennessee Posts: 62 | see that looks like some of my helmet colors. what is throwing me, is yojoe will say the backpack is a specific shade of green, which i know for sure i have that color, then it'll say the helmet is supposed to be that exact shade of green also, but mine aren't exactly the same. they are semi close, but even i can call them diff shades. is this correct the helmet is diff shade than the backpack, even though yojoe says their color name is the same?

Could also be that one of those pieces has a slight amount of sun yellowing, hence the difference in color
