I may have to agree on Bullhorn; his accessories were all pretty awesome, especially the 3-part rifle in the case. Leatherneck's was cool. I remember also liking Pathfinder's hip-mounted machine guns, ridiculous though they were.
But I think Rock and Roll v2 has to take the cake with his awesome gatling guns. Impractical? Sure. Silly? Maybe. But pure awesome.
