What were the last ARAH toys you were into before you ditched the line?
 

Most of us got into ARAH in the 80's, and at some point, stopped collecting. Some of you came back during the 2002-06 "new sculpt" era, while some came back once the 25th started.

So before you left the ARAH line behind back in the day, what were the last items you actually liked?

For me, I was into the Shadow Ninjas and big Battle Corps figures, like the Detonator and Ghoststriker X16. I don't like Armor Tek right now but I thought it was neat when I was younger. Once I opened my Heavy Duty and Roack n Roll though, I was pissed at their lack of articulation. The last vehicle I probably wanted was the Star Brigade repaint of the Stellar Stiletto.

The last ARAH figures I bought at retail was the last Star Brigade wave, and in those I thought the Cobra Commander was really cool. Especially his head sculpt. I thought it did a better job of conveying character then any CC before that.

Ghost-Striker for me, my last vehicle and I dug it.

Swampmasher and Cobra Wolf. And those are two I look forward to getting again as well.

I want to say the last vehicles I got back in the day was the Liquidator and Storm Eagle and the last figures was either Duke and Destro or Big Bear and Flak Viper. I really wanted General Flagg and Wild Bill, but never saw them in stores before I quit.

It was odd with the 92 figures, I only had Duke, Destro, Big Bear, Flak Viper and Wet-Suit and all of Ninja Force. But I never once saw the DEF, or any Eco-Warriors except for Flint, or the 92 Air Commando's and Heli-Viper. My birthday in July of 92 was basicly when I stopped. My mother took me to TRU and K-Mart and Hill's and they had nothing new, ended up spending my birthday money on a Sega Genesis game.

complex answer for me... i know i that 87 was last year that i bought more than 2 joes... the cobra la didnt help im sure,...when tiger force came out i knew was getting lame...

however... i remained true to my older figures,, and still playe with ... and did buy the night viper.in 89.. but thats a no brainer..one of the best joes ever conceieved,,,
in 90 i was definetly out of joe world...!

I really don't remember. I sorta remember Spearhead and Max. I also remember the Cobra Imp, and I bought the Star Stiletto thing, but took it back to WM and exchanged it for a tennis racket.
