What were the last ARAH toys you were into before you ditched the line?

Mercer, the Cobra Parasite, Cobra Interrogator, and the blue submarine (Baracuda maybe?) ... Incinerator was my last figure; the crazy color guns on everything that was out at the time, and the fact that I had NO idea what Battle Corp was, turned me off to the line. I felt out of touch with it.

I remember this like it was yesterday for some reason...post xmas 1994, it was the first xmas I didn't receive any Joes for gifts so I took my xmas money and bought Battle Corps Flint, Lifeline, Major Blood and the Cobra Scorpion vehicle.

I remember very distinctly that Cesspool was my last ARAH purchase.

The last ARAH figure I bought before I hit high school was Fast Draw.

Even as a kid i went in and out of collecting, but came back hard for the last time in late '93 at age 14 when I bought Ninja Force Zartan and Snake Eyes, and Battle Corps Ally Viper. I was devastated by the lack of creativity in the weapons tree and the rgressive crotch of Snake Eyes!!!

So i desperately searched out any and all remaining '92 figures and vehicles which still had creative, individualistic weapons. I found all the '92 Ninja Force figs and every regular figure, except the discontinued Roadblock, as well as the Earthquake, which I loved. Still feel '92 line has some underated figs like Destro, Wetsuit, Gen. Flag and even Wild Bill!

The very last figs i bought before getting back into collecting with 25th, were the 30th Action Soldier, Marine, Navy Frogman and Fighter Pilot.

I think I had that stupid space Pogo thing before I was done. Or rather, before GI Joe was done.

My last vehicle was the Cobra Bugg, what a way to go out...............

The last figure I bought back in '92 was Tracker but I really dug the '89 Rock & Roll. Oh man, I would stare at that figure in mid-play and just be awed at the incredible work Hasbro put in.

I "got out of" playing with Joes in the summer of '86, I had all of the main series of figures, plus a vehicle or 2. The very last Joe thing I got as a kid was the Slaughter's Renegades 3 pack...not sure why I bought them, by the time they came out I was fully into comics, skateboarding, music, and wrestling. I opened them up and don't even recall playing with them, they just went right into the big box in the closet with all my other Joe stuff. Didn't want to keep them laying around in my room, in fears of friends seeing them and being like "you still play with toys?" Ehh...lame-ass peer pressure.

I never ditched the GIJoe line. The line ditched me in 1994, but we became friends again in 1997 and have been tight ever since.
