A city I live nearby has an annual city wide garage sale that I usually go to this year. The past few years I haven't found much until today! A friend of girlfriend of mine was at a house and said the guy had Captain Power toys. I rushed over to the house, and he had 3 Captain Power vehicles with the boxes, all for $15. I thought this was a total steal, which it was. He told me his kids didn't want their toys anymore and that he had more but he didn't feel like getting them. I was rummaging through a bin of junk he had and started to find Ghostbusters, Indiana Jones, He-Man, and GI Joe parts and pieces. I finally encouraged him to go grab what he had out of his basement. He sold me the entire bag of miscellaneous toys and parts for $2! I also got the Star Wars book and the Inhumanoids toys with both boxes for $1 each! Then he came out with an entire 35 gallon garbage bin. I was excited to see what was inside, low and behold it was filled to the brim with GI Joes, file cards, figures, and vehicles. I was literally shaking, I was ready to pay whatever he wanted for the Joes. He said he wanted them gone and wanted $10, which I gladly paid! For some reason there is some action force stuff in there and some other foreign stuff which is super cool. I just thought I'd share this mega score with you all. I'm going back tomorrow to see if he has anything else left, I didn't want to get on his nerves. I will be selling most of it off since I have most of it all, the only things I'm keeping are the Night Raider, the Raider, and a few smaller things. I'm shocked at how nice the stickers are and how many things are in good shape, only a few are broken. Thanks for Looking!
