Please check out http://hmcsgreatadventure.com/ - it's a mix of sci-fi, humour and the friggin' Royal Canadian Navy, eh!
Also looking to sell/trade Joes... Need Lego Futuron Monorail, Land Adventure, etc... http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...-t-thread.html

I love the Mamba... just re-purchased it last week. The only problem is in the rotor spinner device... it sticks and the rotors go all willy-nilly. Oh, well... just hung it anyway.

It is unwieldy, but I could see it working just fine.

The Mamba actually got a lot of play as a child.
Serpentor would have Joes and COBRA traitors thrown from a cliff into the Mamba's blades as punishment.

When I was a kid I had two of them, but my dad threw them in the garbage sometime in the mid 90's without me knowing along with the rest of vehicles(including the USS FLAGG).
But thanks to Ebay, I bought myself two fresh ones back in 1999. This was such an awesome attack/gunship helicopter and big improvement of the gyropcopter Fang. But you cannot have Mamba's without some Fang II support, which was another excellent Cobra attack copter released around the same time.
The Mamba to me always seemed futuristic but yet realistic even as a kid. The two rocket pods made sense, they were just like oversized missiles or manned V-1 rockets, haha. Well the Germans during WW2 were known for employing such devices in actual fact. The Russians I know use a two rotor contraption on their attack helicopter.
*The Mamba also reminded of another hasbro odd looking copter they released for their COPS line:

The Mamba is definitely one of the best vehicles. Holds 3 pilots, which splits off from the main, lots of missiles and bombs... both rotors rotate... too damn awesome!
Looking for: 1x ROCC Missile

So what are the chances of this vehicle being re-released?
I just pulled my two out of storage and, apart from being very dirty, they are still in great condition. 1 is complete and the other is only missing a couple of the side rockets.
I think I will do a restoration project on them but it would still be great to see them re-released

Absolutely LOVE the Mamba. In general those years where realism met hardcore sci-fi with Cobras vehicles especially are really my favorite. Night Raven, STUN, Maggot, Hammerhead, etc. Love them all.
I would buy this in a heratbeat. Just hope they don't give us a mini new version of it, like they did with the RoC Night Raven. :(
