No, most rarerest. How about the real PDD. Werent only like 100 made with most never seeing shelf time? Didn't one sell for around 10k a few months ago?

John estimates that approximately 100 packaged PDDs were accidentally shipped to the U.S.A., and some actually made it to retail stores. He even recalls seeing a packaged PDD on the shelves of his local Toys R Us (validating G.I. Joe collector Captain DC's long time claim of seeing a few on the shelves and purchasing one at his Toys R Us way back in 1997).
As for rarest figures I'd wager the Venezuelan exclusives like White Mortal are probably among the most rare at the moment but there could be a whole bunch in some warehouse that'll be availble if Hugo ever loses power.

Guys you gotta support G.I. Joe or else we won't have G.I. Joe on the shelves and they haven't released Spaceshot. We can't have an anniversary line without Spaceshot! |

You guys are overlooking some of the very early Funskool figures such as "purple Ripper", "blue Major Bludd" and the like. Also, there is the European CGI that has a Rock Viper head (I've seen one in my years as a collector) and a few others. The Brazil and Argentia guys are indeed rare, but can be had every once in a while if you've got deep enough pockets.
