You could go on and on, I just don't want to sound like there weren't quality vehicles coming out. because there were. And I owned most of these stinkers listed above. Even the ones from '86. |

How about those terrible Battle Armor suits. You know... you could put your GI Joe into them and click the armor pieces around them. THey had no movement. They were like BATS but as an exo-skeleton. Available in blue or White. What were those things called?

Actually, that was the only neon colored vehicle I liked. I partly blame the TransFormers Constructicons for that. The other part is, I thought it was cool from a aesthetic design point of view, even though it's not realistic for a swamp vehicle. If the SwampSmasher had a seatbelt, the driver would probably drown in swamp water over 4 feet.

I think you are referring to the SNAKE Armor from the 1984 series? |

I actually did this same thread last spring, there's some really fun commentary (although for the most part everyone's hit the high cough*low*cough points already)
But some crazy obscure stuff is brought up w/ links i'd never heard of before (like Fort America) check it out: http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...e-history.html and while BF2000 deserves most of the flack it gets, i still really like the Vector jet and Eliminator jeep. they're fairly practical and realistically designed.

honestly the dominator and the maurader were the only ones i really have a problem with the original BF2000 i mean with the other multipurpose vehicles you go and throw in snow tank on skies and a motorcycle with a tank rearend.

Dam, I missed this one...
The Cobra Bug.... Looked like something from attack from Mars (the planet not Destro)... Brawler... If it would have been normal colors, I might have liked it. I got mine from my buddy when he moved..... Still cant get rid of it...

one i love and hate at the same time is the cobra detonator. what i love is all the figuers it holds, also call me out on this one. the foam nerf missles that can shoot across the back yard are cool. but i hate the neon on the missles and that neon pump handle looks kinda dumb, also it can break cleen off. it may be a improvement but then the missles dont shoot. heck i when i was yonger i had this thing destroy, the joe base and never set it up again. thay are both in storage some where, oh yah i have the detonators box too. it looks way beter as box art imo.
