Here's another one that took quite a long time to find at a good price. $15 shipped for the Netherlands!! Anyone know which version this is? I looked and compared on YOJOE.com and I couldn't quite figure it out.
I also included a side by side comparison photo of the real thing next to the Black Major version I picked up last year (I don't think I've ever seen a side by side comparison before). |

Got a bunch of good vehicles from a fellow collector from my home town I never knew existed.
Killer Whale complete Maggot complete Avalanche complete but one tab on drone canopy broken - looking for one Hammerhead missing one missile launcher (need badly) and one slightly damaged sled Attack Cruiser complete Interrogator's battle copter - need pull cord Fort America complete Ghost Striker complete Armor Bot with General Hawk complete (But each arm only has one unbroken tab so that has me very nervous) |

Just bought this lot of carded Takara figures. Been looking to collect them for a while as I love the presentation on the Japanese cards, plus they're more affordable than the US counterparts. Can't wait for them to arrive now!

Had a local Joe meet... bought and sold a lot of stuff...
Came home with a vintage Armadillo for $3 bucks. A vintage Mk II Vamp for $15 (just need a steering wheel and helmet for Clutch.) A 1983 Flash, just need his backpack and parts to complete a 1984 Spirit, just need Freedom's claws and an unbroken rifle. Sold off a ton of those figures I got in that lot last month too.

24 MOC Takara figures? Gosh Damn!! So, um, that's like $1500-$2200 worth of figures. How in the heck did you manage that?

A collector in Australia who needed the money I guess! He had them listed for a good price. I still messaged him to see if he'd budge on it at all, but he said "no, they're already dirt cheap". Which was true, so I bought them there and then. They weren't as fantastic a find as the Grunt I posted earlier, but it was still a very good deal. Basically works out at £35 a carded figure, once postage and customs comes into it. Which for figures like Snake Eyes, Baroness and Firefly is extremely cheap!

Some of the best deals I've gotten have come from international purchases. |
