Usually toy stores or online. I don't really visit flea markets much and have never seen a Joe at a thrift store

Thanks - I have been thinking of checking craigslist. I can imagine the deals there have potential to be amazing if they are just people trying to offload old toys rather than doing market research to see what everything would be worth and pricing it higher like we see on ebay.

Craigslist in my area sucks. Just the same shitty dealers asking top dollar. About ten years back it was a goldmine. I scored a Flagg and Terrordrome for a couple hundred bucks. It was around the CT area just off 195.

Just have to be patient. Took about 6-9 months of checking about once a week to come across that lot. It’s usually people who have obviously used eBay as a reference to price their toys. I also use offer-up and let-go apps. Have grabbed quite a few deals there. I guess it’s hit or miss. Wish I had Truejoefans yard sale luck! I still think one day I will come across a complete Defiant in the box at some old lady’s yard sale where she says “It’s $20, I just want to get rid of that heavy box”. I guy can dream
