I'm still trying to track down a Freedom with his claws (mine has no claws). It's not that I can't find it. It's just that I don't want to fork over much $$ for it.

I’ll second that and I’ll add...O-ring Joes are better toys than Modern era. Yes they had their faults...broken crotchs, thumbs and o-rings snapping. But the play was better for kids because the accessories stayed on and they are just easier to pose for kid play.

My most recent ARAH purchases were some really cool items I had wanted for a long time.
I got a Joe Checkpoint Alpha, and Air defense, and a Cobra Bunker. I have a MOC Dojo coming in soon I will free from his plastic prison. LOL. Sorry no pictures, I don't have them displayed at the moment. My shelves are full of MP Transformers. Maybe January. Quote:

I 100% agree on the O-rings v. ME sculpting. O-rings are more stable for holding and posing and easier to get in and out of vehicles/playsets.
As a dad with two kids, I am also happy about the return of 5 POA Star Wars toys for these same reasons. The better articulation is nice for display or collecting, but sucks for kids who just want to put the figures in a vehicle or hold a gun/lightsaber w/o dropping it all the time. |
