I picked up the Soundwave version of these....but I really love Soundwave. I'll probably be passing on these but hopefully, they'll bring in new blood and the GI Joe brand as a whole will thrive even more

They are the big-handed anime-looking things.

Not interested at all, I have a friend who claims they are "cute" and i question his sexuality everytime he says it. They just seem pointless, like they are made to get hardcore fans to buy them and younger kids to get them, but really... If i was a little kid id still probably want the regular toys over these, never saw the appeal,
no action to them - may as well get a statue looks like its for a 3yr old - toy collectors criticized enough as it is every figure is happy - megatron and galactus should only have menacing smiles and not "Hey i got a lollipop" smile just my opinions. i know people love them, god knows why, but some people also love heroine, so to each their own |

It's good for the GI Joe brand to have more than just 3.75" available, but I'm going to pass on these. My only fear is that 6 months down the line I'll decide I like these and have to pay out the ass to catch up.

I really like them, just started finding the Transformers ones
I have Grimlock & Shockwave and Mirage & Starscream, getting slowly addicted...(my girlfriend bought me those too) plus they are really cheap so they are a nice purchase...so they are a little cutesy They are pretty cute, I just like the way they look displayed...so shoot me! Out of interest is there any more Transformers ones? I know there is OP and Ravage but is there any else? Cant wait for a kiddie CC and Destro...

These were designed first and foremost for toddlers. Having a toddler, I can safely say she loves to play with these. They are sturdy and can be pushed through openings without breaking, tossed across the floor without breaking, and look happy to fit in line with young kids.
Collectors buying them were a happy accident for Hasbro, which is why they're still around and will continue to be around for a long time. If you don't like them, fine. Don't buy them. I plan on teaching my toddler and will be a toddler in a year the Joe characters with these. |
