I have flint wave 1 but my question is...why is flint wave 1 expensive? I have been trying to understand and couldn't understand why he is so pricy, hopefully someone can provide me an answer.

supply and demand. he was only realeased twice in limited numbers. and now his price is going to rise even more. the next time he's released it wont be on a 25th card. that automatically makes 25th carded Flints more valuable

I snagged a Flint from the shelves when he was released, I don't remember when ... how do I tell the difference, is there a different SKU?

The wave 1 figures had date stamps around 71102.
The re released Flint from the wave 3 revision would have had a date stamp closer to 72782-72912.
