What do you think of the 25th line?
I for one am one happy customer. They're releasing quality figures. I can't believe the variety of trooper figures we have already from crimson guards, vipers and soon the bats and snow serpents. We're even getting the vehicles and battle packs. I think it is great and if those newer walmart listings are acurate, there is some great figures still to look forward too and probably more vehicles. When did the very first wave hit the market, the one with snake eyes/timber, flint etc.. I know it was last year sometime, I'm just wondering how long this has been going on for. I only discovered the 25th in January of this year. |

It's been okay so far. The main problem, at least for me, is finding the figures here in Chicago. The pegs are full of Buzzers, Serpentors, and Hoodie Commanders....No fun
And all the preorders (BBTS) are late! Even with all the reused parts though, I'm happy...But a part of me DOES think it'd be better to have LESS figures each wave, but all unique. |

I'm very pleased with the line. I've found everything at retail and easily. The few issues on some of the fig's have(Duke Arms) are easily fixed and as long as I can fix issues I see on a fig, then I'm content.

The only complaint I have is how hard they can be to find. I've managed to find all of mine in stores except for firefly, but its takin ALOT of hunting to find them all. I don't even wanna begin to think about all the gas I have wasted hunting them down.

Yo Joes. First post on the HISS, really love the site. Lots of cool info. I think the new line is great. Really brings back the nostalgia for me, and the new detail to the figures is awesome. I really like the sidearms and accessories that used to just be boring molds and paint apps.

i only have two complaints, one there are not being enough figures distributed and two i don't feel we are seeing as much a variety of vehicles as we are figures or at least any medium to large vehicles

the vehicles just started, give it some time. They had to test the waters first.

I fortunately caught onto the 25th line from jumpstreet (unlike Simpsons and Lord of the Rings which I paid dearly for starting late). As a result, all of the figures EXCEPT the Red Ninja wave were easy to find at retail. Of course the Red Ninja wave has since become easy as well.
I absolutely love this line of toys. I love the fact that Hasbro has gone back and reproduced the characters from their original likeness, instead of the practice of re-creating new versions of each. Further, the re-use of parts doesn't bother me so long as the figures look good. I think for Hasbro to have made this many figures so far and only have a couple duds speaks volumes about this toy line. In fact, I think everyone would agree that even the duds are quality figures, they're just not what we had envisioned (i.e. Serpentor, Ace). Overall, very happy! Keep up the good work Hasbro. |

We REALLY can't complain since the line was only to consist of 25 figs in the first place.
But on the other hand...they DO have a market, so some uniqness (yeah yeah, SP) shouldn't be too far fetched and MAY just expand the market for them. |

A great line marred by unfortunate distribution and scalping problems.
