| Best place to give for Christmas. I came up with this idea kinda late but better late then never. Around 8 months ago I found some ROC figures for 97 cents from Target, still in package in a container. They are triples, I only need doubles.
So I want to make a donation of some figures, nothing big but something at least. I live in East Bay, CA, if that matters and trying to think of a good place to give, there is a bed store that has a give bin I hear on the radio. I just want to make sure they really get to kids, I know the salvation army gives, they saved my grandpa back in the day, so I always give them money when leaving stores and thank them.
I know it's kinda late to be doing this, and I don't want to miss a cut off. So any suggestions?
When I told my mom the idea she thought "they can be worth money someday" well we know joes don't have much value especially these.
I think of the economy and people who really work, not the people who just want government money. So that's who I'm looking for. (sorry not trying to get political) just the type of people I want to help. All the figures are common, so not loosing anything plus saving some room.
Side note, please give to the Salvation Army, I know for a fact it goes to good use.
Thanks,
Happy holidays!
