There was all this talk that hasbro had to retool everything so the 25ths could fit.The Striker is stil the same mold from 85 and the HISS is from 2004(DTC line)the only one that got a full retool was the shark.I'm anal about checking the stamp date on toys.So do you think these things really needed to be retool or is that hasbros way saying they can't release certain things?

I just compared my sons 85 striker to my 25th and they look damn near the same. With the HISS being from 2004 would explain why my drivers don't fit to good.

Wait, are you saying the Hiss Drivers doesn't fit in the Hiss, or that the Camo Trooper that came with the Hiss doesn't fit? Cause that's gonna suck having my Hiss's not seal tight with pilot.

The DTC Hiss is not the same as the Target Hiss Tank buddy.
With that being said, they retooled the cockpit of the Hiss Tank, so the 25th figures could fit in, the trooper it came with fits perfectly in mine. Plus, they had to add the foot pegs to fit the 25th. Not previously having the other two Target vehicles, I cannot really say what they did to them, except they added new foot pegs to the Awe Striker. The upcomming Vamp has also been retooled, just look at pictures of it, and you can see the seats are back more now. |

I want the tele-viper the figure that came with the flight pod to be retooled with TF flint arms and upcoming bazooka body, new accessories.

The date stamp on my AWE Striker is like, 1984 or something. But, the date stamp on the Night Specter I have is 2002-ish. I imagine those dates are the dates of the molds used. Especially since if they redid the mold for the Night Specter, it would clearly have the capability to have figures on its torpedo pegs.
