THINK ABOUT THE KIDS!!!!
LMAO! You know what? When I was small, and could only get ONE FIGURE AT A TIME...I said to myself "one day, when I'm a grown up and I have money, I'm going to buy everything I want!"... And now, I do that. Little Billy's parents are the ones buying the toy(s), not little billy himself. Nex time you think that collector's are ruining the 25th experience for kids, ask yourself...if kids were a driving force with this line...wouldn't 25th have better availability? Perhaps more shelf space? Kids want chinpokocardduelingmon and power rangers. The kids that get joes now have parents who collected joes and buy one of each for their kids. I have no problem taking toys from kids. Little billy better watch out for my patented flying monkey forearm! THAT'S MY *insert figure name here*. |

Well, Myotis, since you're new(er) here, I'm going to fill you in on alittle tidbit: The "what about the kids?!" line has been used A MILLION TIMES, my friend. You & I both know that when you find wave 7 on shelves...you're not only going to buy one figure and leave the rest because of the kids. You're going to buy the entire wave. So c'mon, man, let's be honest with one another. Sure, we want to keep the kids in line because just as you said, they are the future, teach them well and let them lead the way...show them all the beaaaaaaaauty...oh wait, that's a song, nevermind. If there's any issue, you should hit Hasbro's webpage, click on the "Contact Us" button and share your thoughts about the availability of the line & the issues with distribution. Then, and only then, are you addressing the root cause. Blaming collectors for lack of product runs along the same lines as blaming your dentist of the lack of your favorite brand of toothpaste on the shelves. |

It doesn't change the fact that they should announce the day they will be for sale like with movies, dvds, and games. Then it would be a non-issue. It is obvious the best way to get them is to go to the store every morning when they open, but this isn't possible for most people that work/goto school 9-5.

So, just to make sure I'm clear, you'd prefer a notification of when stuff will hit...so that God & Country can be at the store(s) at the same time on the same day...effectively clearing out ANY stock that may be available prior to "you" getting there? Also, what does a 9 - 5 have to do with it? I work a 7:30 - 5, am on call on the weekends and still have EVERYTHING from the line, just from hunting. You know, you could always ask for help. Believe it or not, collectors look out for one another. You can hook up with collectors in your area and start a network the same way other states have. |

A notification, or release date, would not make all the stock disappear quicker. If stock was low then the store could impose a one per customer policy. Sure this would piss off the 'collectors', but for normal folk who just want one friggin snake eyes it would be great. |
