A question for those that are collector's club members...
I recently joined the collector's club because of the switch to 25th/ME style figures and the Dial-Tone exclusive. At the same time, I ordered a couple of in-stock items and paid for the quicker fed-ex shipping. I received an e-mail saying that I would receive a further e-mail when my items shipped, but have heard nothing since. (This has been about two weeks...) I don't see any way on their site of checking up on your order history other than e-mail and my credit card was charged the day that I placed the order. So, my question is - Is this typical of the club? It seems like a very amateur operation so far and items I won on Ebay after placing this order have already arrived days ago... If this is typical, though, I won't worry about it. I just wanted to see if this was business as usual for the club. |

They do move slow sometimes. You gotta remember, they're a fairly small operation. The quicker ship is just time it takes in transit, not the time it takes for them to hand it over to FedEx.

They can be a little slow, but I have never had a problem recieving my items.
To check order status, log into your account. CLick on the 'club store'. Then scroll down and on the lefthand side click on 'Check my past orders' and you can click on the order number in question to get it's history. Hope that helps! |

Sometimes their 'In Stock' can be misleading... they consider pre-orders 'in stock' for ordering, not shipping.

honestly, the shipping is a little pricey and 2 times they sent my shit to the wrong house, but other than that, i never had a problem with em. they are a nice company , well the girls who work there are. i really don't think they are a big company though, have you emailed em and asked em about your order?

And still no reply and no shipping notice despite my card being charged the day of the order. When those of you that answered say slow, how slow do you mean? This seems incredibly unprofessional to me...

Here is the deal about the club. There are only a hand full of people that work there on a regular basis. It is out of Brian Savages' home. So they process the paperwork at the house. then it gets taken to the warehouse and given to someone there who picks the product and get it to the people who ship the items, which they wait till they have a big enough order to ship a large amount saving on shipping cost...
It can be slow at times.. but I have never had any problems. I live literally 5 min. from Brian's house and it takes just as long for me to get items as it does anyone else. LOL
