Dang tkjaer21, your collection is huge, literally. I wish I was in the game when that M2, M113a3 and SuperCobra were available. Still don't understand why the M3 does not have a deployable tow launcher. How is the Walker Bulldog? I like my Patton, but wish I knew the Walker had the engine compartment and actual interior before I bought the Patton.

the 25th's with the fix crotch fits in the PTE Desert Patrol Buggy
Snake_Eyes and Stalker both have the fixed crotch and Stalker, with his gear on, was a little hard to get past the steering wheel, but once you get him past it he fit perfectly. Hawk is not the fix crotch version, but he fit pretty well in that back seat, however he is raised off the seat by a few millimeters. I was happy to find that the Crimson Guard i got fit into the buggy. I could not get him into the drivers seat. I think it's because his so tall, but if someone where make the steering wheel removable I think you could get him into the drivers seat. He also he fits really well into the gunners seat. The Cobra troopers didn't fit at all :(. I have since modified this my replacing the 50.cal with a 50. cal form the Force of Valor line which make the Figs fit better because they can hold the 50 cal properly. I'd take picture but my camera busted this is an old pic form the compatibly thread tkjaer21 that is an impressive collection of BBI figs. I only have a few. They next favorite fig to collect next to the 25th. They are just hard to find.

-There are many 1:18 repaints planned for the upcoming year for all 5 major companies. There are also 1:18 prototypes of the A-10 Lightning II, a vietnam patrol boat, and others that may not ever get made in the short-term. However there are 1:18 Confirmed Future Releases with no date that may get released in the next year or so. They are the following:
(Armor) Modern Forces of Valor: Bravo Team (FOV): 1:18 Stryker APC. (Planes) Vietnam 21st Century Toys: F-4 Phantom and Mig-21 Admiral Toys: A-1 Skyraider and F-4 Phantom (possibly) (Planes) WWII 21st Century Toys: B-25 Mitchell, King Tiger, Flak 88. Admiral Toys: SBD Dauntless |

Good to hear that these companies are continuing making this stuff - I like them a lot, but it seems in the past 2 years that new stuff has been coming out slower, which I assumed was due to general disinterest in the lines. I still want to see more modern stuff, like the HEMTTs and HETTs, and other stuff, like Paladins, and British armor. Anybody know of any good British stuff out there?

The Bradley can fit up to 12 figures total: two in the driver's compartment (with no way to get out, 25th Anniversary figures may not fit), one under the turret, four in the back, two in the turret (one fully inside and one standing up), and three standing on the back of the turret like idiots (as seems to be the case for a lot of G.I. Joe armored vehicles). Here's what it looks like fully loaded (except for the rear compartment): http://www.mttlg.net/Toys/GIJoe.html |

21st Century Toys is making it and it is scheduled for a fall release, but don't get too excited, they already cancelled the 1/32nd for political reasons. Not exactly sure what that means. I know because I check in on a few diecast armor sites on occasion and they released a list for this year at Toyfare.
TK, I was looking around for the M113A2 and found a static display and a R/C version. Is your static version metal? |
