Do you want carrying cases for your 25th Anniversary G.I. Joes? I sure do. Sure back in the day, we had the vinyl ones. It seems like carrying cases are a thing of yesterday, unless you collect diecast cars. Most action figure lines today lack them. A couple years back, Hasbro made carrying cases for their Star Wars figures, shaped like the Millenium Falcon and came with exclusive figures.
The same is possible with G.I. Joe. How about a Cobra battle station that opens up into a carrying case? A G.I. Joe attack sub that splits in half to house 6 figures on each side? A mini Terror dome that can house 8 figures? I am all for carrying cases, as it makes storing the figures much easier. I love the idea of a carrying case that turns into something, as opposed to a straight up carrying case. So what are your thoughts? |

It.....just seems kinda silly. I mean, the whole point of those cases was so you could take your joes with you when you went to your friends house. Why use a regular box when you could use a plastic gi joe themed hasbro money maker?
But now....um, I dont think any of us take our gi joes over to our friends house to play lol. Our wives/gfs would kill us. So what would be the point? |

I'd love to see a carrying case, as I don't have the room to display ALL My Joes. A carrying case would be a safe yet very cool place to store the ones not on display.

Actually, I'd like to see the Joe carrying case as a miniature USS Flagg rather than an attack sub.

I would only buy one if it looked like destro's MARS briefcase, then I can take it work and break'em out when my boss isn't lookin in my cubical.
*hmmrphh* In seriousness, They look better posing. So I rather have a display case then a carrying case. |

Totally forgot about the 82 one, that one is neat! Good way to house the original 13!
Man if that came out again, or a new one based on it, I would buy multiples! |

I'm all for a carrying case. My new Joes were all stuffed in a couple boxes until I found these great plastic bait boxes at Wal-mart. Now I can actually see all my figures and their gear and have no problem finding anything when I'm looking to play-er, I mean display my guys.
I'd love something retro and vinyl that could possibly include stickers with each figure's name on it like the good ol' days. Of course I wouldn't be CARRYING my figures anywhere, so I guess it would be more correct to call them Storage cases.
