There might have been a few production pictures of an upcoming Duke with a fixed crotch. (maybe it was the next Duke with the flag and jetpack). Don't go by those pictures though because the finished product always looks a bit different.
Someone had asked Hasbro about a Duke with fixed crotch during the 2008 Q & A session. Hasbro replied that we are lucky to be getting a Duke with fixed arms, so I guess we will see fixed arms before we see a fixed crotch when it comes to the Duke mold. They didn't mention if they would or wouldn't ever make a Duke with a fixed crotch though. |

Tiger Force Duke was confirmed by Hasbro. I bet he has it just like Tiger Force Flint does.

The pics of Jetpack Duke over at Toy News International had both diaper and fixed crotch versions.

As of right now any figure that has arms which were made from the Duke mold (Duke, Flint, Breaker, Rock 'N Roll) have a slit in the flesh of their wrists for articulation.
The newly molded arms will have that slit inbetween where the sleeve ends and where the arm starts. This way the figures wont look as if they have tried to "commit suicide". In my opinion they look like they have the arms of manequins right now. |

In the Q & A, Hasbro said the Duke mold hasn't had the fixed crotch yet, because the mold is still being used and they haven't had a chance to give that mold a rest to fix it yet.
