So I love the Awe Striker and some people have asked for comparason shots of the new Target vehicles with the Originals or others like them. Here's way too many pictures of all the differences with the AWE Striker. Unfortunately I don't have the last two AWE Strikers that came out with me right now
Side by Side: (Original on the left) The ridge on the hood is gone and the lights are darker: Tires are darker now: Cannon mount has moved (Seems to be taken from the Stargate mold) |

Foot Pegs for 25th:
Exhaust hole had an indention (Seems from the ECO Striker mold) However, the Engine cover has also recieved some reinforcement (Seems the Mold number wasn't put on till Eco Striker) The Dashboard looks to be retooled from the Stargate mold: |

Bottom with date info. Notice all 3 are different (Just barely, "made in China" area is different on all 3 and foot wells are different on the Target one)
And lastly, check out the price of the Eco Striker back in the day (Only $1 less than the new one and it didn't even come with a figure!) |

That is one of the most interesting posts I've read in a long time, Shogi. Thank you; I thought I was going crazy imagining that somehow the cannon mount was different, and I couldn't place how.
Also, Eco Force was really, really lame. I mean jeez. Would love to see more comparisons with the HISS and the SHARC/Night Specter (though I'm not sure if anything changed about the latter).

excellent comparison pictures, thank you very much!
i just bought mine tonight and in my excitement to open the box, it rolled off the table and nearly broke off the front wheel! am i the only one that thinks the target striker is made from cheaper or at least much softer plastic? the wheel that was dislodged is now deformed so it will not sit level anymore. needless to say it's my fault for dropping it in the first place but i expect it not to deform under what i would consider normal play wear. the canon also falls apart very easily. the tubing, as described by others, feels more like heat shrink than rubber/plastic tubing. i am concerned that if left for any length of time the plastic suspension will simply weaken and sag. overall, it looks great! the quality leaves a bit to be desired in my opinion. i don't have my original handy to compare my target striker with but i don't recall it feeling as flimsy.

Nice pictures, I didn't know there would be that many changes to the mold. Can't wait to see what improvements were made on the hiss tank and sharc.
