Not many people are going to do this.
(especially since I had to drive downtown to get them from the bank
and now I have to go take them back).
I don't keep them in my home because I have a curious son, crazy dogs,
friends and family (who may not know better), and because honestly I'm more concerned with preserving these things than anything else.
anyways... these are my personal holy grails.
yes some of them are actually holy grails... but the others
are just things I really love.
Most of them have no actual value.
Prototypes are odd that way. Maybe in 20 years my prototypes
will have some value but I really don't care either way.
I like the process and I enjoy the history aspect.
a few weeks ago I was planning on posting pics of these but I took the pics at the bank and then was asked to erase the pics or hand over my camera (cuz you can't take pics in a bank... which I knew cuz i used to work at one... but wasn't really thinking about it at the time).
but this morning I saw the PDD thread so I figured what the hell.
I'm a stay at home father... it's (almost) nice out.
