Target red tagged ROC singles

Not sure if this is a local thing but my Target has red tagged ROC singles for 4.18. The tag is listed as reg 5.99. It is all figures. If they go to 75% off then that would mean they would be around 2 dollars eventually.

Doesn't matter around here, anyway. All they have left are Destros, PIT Baronesses and Neo-Vipers (of which I have about 10 of now).

i got a email from kohls for 15% off the 5th 6th and 7th, and the joes are 3 and change, so i will be clearing out some kohls for parts today.

seen cover girl and helix at a local target in avon ohio for 4.98
and a then and now pack for 12.98

Thanks to Kohls $3.29 ROC figures I have a bucket full of parts.

Good stuff - now I just need Wal-Mart to drop the Night Raven price to 10 and Target to drop the price on the Now and Then pack.
